Who we are

Founded in 1986 by Ann and Narciso Seisa, Vagthol’s Residential Care Center serves the developmentally disabled population in the Burbank and Hollywood areas of Los Angeles, California. Our commitment lies in providing exemplary care tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

At Vagthol’s, we prioritize best practice paradigms such as person-centered planning. We employ person-first language, emphasizing the dignity and individuality of each resident, acknowledging their identity beyond their developmental disability.
